The Slez-Huck wedding on June 21^st falls within the prime Wisconsin vacation season. In order to be sure that you get the accommodation that is best for you, MAKE YOUR RESERVATIONS AS SOON AS POSSIBLE!

1. House on the Rock Inn

Fun pool for children; indoor wading area features a “submarine” for climbing. Piano lounge and nice quality gift/sundries shop in lobby. High-ceiling, spacious rooms. Fifteen (15) non-smoking, double queen rooms (accommodate 4 per room) have been set aside under SLEZ-HUCK WEDDING for a reduced rate of $129 per night for Friday, June 20, and Saturday, June 21. If you need a larger room, request reduced rates of $139 and $149 per night when you make reservation. RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE NOT LATER THAN MAY 30, 2008.

Ten (10) non-smoking, double queen rooms (accommodate 4 per room) have been set aside under SLEZ-HUCK WEDDING for a reduced rate of $95 per night for Friday, June 20, and Saturday, June 21. RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE NOT LATER THAN MAY 30, 2008. Guests may use all the amenities located at House on the Rock Inn. The North Lodge is an older building than House on the Rock Inn (Main Lodge). Same staff as at the Main Lodge.

Standard room rate is $79.95 per night. AARP members get 10% discount on standard room rate. See website for “specialty room” rates, approximately $199 to $225 per night, and hotel amenities. Igloo-themed rooms, among other themes. Variously described as “funky,” “quirky,” and “whimsical.” Big plane out front. A must see.

4. Best Western Quiet House and Suites

Indoor/outdoor pool. Attractive rooms, all decor typical “Wisconsin country.” Check out website for all amenities and reservation info. Per night room rates approximately $99 to $140. On-line reservation service will accommodate AAA or AARP discount. Country Kitchen restaurant located right next door.

5. Super 8 Motel

No pool. “Breakfast bar” every morning 6 – 10 a.m. AARP and AAA members get 10% discount. Per night room rates range from $80 to $104, depending on size and number of beds. All rooms have coffeemakers, blowdryers, irons and ironing boards; most have microwave and fridge. Leigh Laufer, general manager, is a native, knows Dodgeville!
